Thanks for this resource. We are starting to use Moore’s template as an upstream filter when we workshop alignment of customer, value, and differentiation goals. We then derive several OKR Objectives from the Moore’s outputs.
I’m thinking I need to go back and re-read Crossing the Casm at this point. This is the one that always trips me up ..
- Free From Solution: The Elevator Pitch avoids mentioning specific solutions, keeping the focus on the ‘why’ rather than the ‘what’ or ‘how.’
( I’m a habitual solution wrangler! … but I get it that it’s got to be ‘customer needs first’ not solution eye candy first )
