The objective looks solid, although perhaps not inspiring. Suggesting the benefits might enliven, e.g. “Document blog creation process so that team can follow a consistent process which allows more shared working”
Most of the key results have some measurement criteria which is good. However, all the key results all read as “to do” items rather than outcomes that can be measured.
However, looking again at the objective it is far from clear that key results measure the desired outcome. The objective is about documenting a process, however none of the key results measure documentation. Indeed, the key results measure process improvement activities.
